Aloha Hawaiian Granola
"Hi Mr. Breakfast. This is a variation on a recipe I got from Pamela Lanier's Bed and Breakfast. I halved the original recipe and added the pineapple. I love it and you and everybody else will too. Aloha!"
4 cups regular rolled oats, 3/4 cup brown sugar, 3/4 cup wheat germ, 4 ounces shredded coconut (about 1 cup), 3/4 cup raw macadamia nuts (8 oz), 1/2 cup sunflower seeds, 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds, 1/4 cup canola oil, 1/3 to 1/2 cup honey (depending on your sweet tooth), 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/3 cup dried pineapple into pieces
Amish Oatmeal Cereal

1 and 1/2 cups quick oats, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup milk, 1/4 cup butter or margarine, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 3/4 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon vanilla, warm milk to serve, fresh fruit for topping, brown sugar
