Almond Cranberry Muesli
"You can replace the dried fruit in this recipe with other dried fruits if you wish to experiment. I sometimes add a little sugar or honey to the warm cereal too."
5 cups old-fashioned oats (not instant), 1 cup sliced almonds, 3/4 cup wheat germ, 1 cup dried cranberries (raisins will also work), 1/3 cup chopped dried apricots
Apricot Yogurt Cereal
"This makes a really tasty and sweet breakfast."
1x WeetaBix, As much Dried Apricot as you want, 100g cornflakes, 200g any flavour yogurt as long as it is pot set
La Bouillie (Africa)

4 cups water, 1 cup of rice (you can also use wheat), 3 Tablespoons all-natural peanut butter, 3 Tablespoons of wheat or corn flour (or millet), juice from one whole lemon, milk as desired, sugar as desired

"A lovely, healthy mix of oats, apples, raisins, almonds and sunflower seeds with wheat germ for added nutrition."
2 cups old-fashioned oats, 3/4 cup diced dried apples, 1/2 cup toasted wheat germ, 1/2 cup raisins, 1/2 cup slivered blanched almonds, 1/4 cup hulled but not toasted sunflower seeds (raw sunflower seeds), 2 Tablespoons packed light brown sugar
