Prepare to be overcharged and underwhelmed. Today I ordered a soy latte and received an incredibly weak shot with a ton on milk, an obvious mistake. When I brought it to the attention to our server, I received a dish of attitude. I was a bit surprised. After some time I got a drinkable latte, and all seemed forgiven however the attitude lingered. Later when I paid the bill, I noticed that I was charged for two addition shots of espresso creating an $8 latte. When I brought it to the attention of the server, she unloaded on me. I explained that I did not order the double espresso that she added to the bill (which exceeded $80 for three people). I have enjoyed this restaurant for well over a year. However, today they lost a good customer. I'm accepting of mistakes (and overpriced food) but I refused to be abused.

I had their crunchy French toast - the kind that's dipped in corn flakes before it's fried - it's called something else on the menu. Anyway, I liked it. I've been thinking about going back because I want to try a thing on the menu where they serve eggs on top of meatloaf. It sounds weird but I think I'd really like it. Anybody here try that?

This place has a wildly creative menu and is always perfectly cooked. Egg preparation is important to me drastic difference in soft medium hard, and they nail it every time. There is always a wait, but worth it. Oh and vintage cereal box decor... awesome.
