This is a place that should not be missed. Great food. Great atmosphere. Great people. And Annie is a character. For tourists, this is not an easy place to find, but the effort is certainly worth it. The memorabilia on the walls brings back lots of visions of childhood. How do they get chickens to lay such large eggs? Buy a tee shirt before you go, so you can remember a great experience like Annie's.

We had a group in Denver for a reunion. Googled best places for breakfast and Annie's Cafe came up with good reviews. They were right on the money!! Excellent service, great attitude, FANTASTIC food !!!!! I can't say enough good things about Annie's Cafe and the staff. As an example of their attitude. We called just before closing the night before my youngest daughter was going to turn 6. The plans we had made fell through and we were thinking of what to do for her birthday. Called and explained our situation and had a birthday party set up for the morning with a wonderful chocolate cake, reserved table and balloons. First time we've had chocolate cake for dessert at breakfast, but hey, it was a 6th birthday. And, peanut butter at each table with the condiments, how great is that. I HIGHLY recommend Annie's to anyone that loves good food and quality service.

Annie's is the friendliest and most welcoming restaurant I've eaten at in a long time. Breakfasts are well prepared. Vegans can enjoy D's Deight. Coffee is quite good. Service is exceptionally friendly and competent. Fried potatoes excellent. Bacon crisp and tasty. Lunch and dinner are equally as satisfying. It's hard to top Annie's!

Annie's Cafe is a great place to grab traditional and non-traditional fare. The breakfasts are great. Lunch is tasty! Desserts are down-home good. The ambiance is cafe yum, with hundreds of items of eye catching memorabilia to view while you dine. It's a must if you are in Denver.

I like this place a lot for it's decor and the food is pretty tasty but it gets really busy and there is no where to wait for a table

This place is actually much better than your traditional "greasy spoon". Annie's has attitude--and it's nothing but good. You could spend all morning soaking up the cool memorabilia that adorns the cafe, but don't leave without trying one of their yummy and original omelettes. They have combinations you simply won't find anywhere else. They serve great meals throughout the day but their Breakfast is my favorite!
