Best pancakes in town. I've had the blueberry pancakes, the Hawaiian pancakes and the pecan pancakes so far. I'm looking forward to trying them all before I die, so I hope they never close. Other good things: friendly workers, fast service, clean bathrooms, and decent prices.

The pancakes are incredible. They use all "real" ingredients -- real maple syrup, real cream, their own sour-dough starter, and fresh fruit rather than pie filling. They grind the coffee beans themselves. The servings are substantial. The baby dutch pancake is a delicious, eggy souffle. The fruit crepes are my favorite. They give you lots of fruit and the crepes are large and eggy and tender. It can come out to 9 dollars per entree, but worth it.
