I have been going to Sears for years now. It is incredible food and service. One of the best in the country and the price is very reasonable to average.
I have been there dozen of times. They alway, I mean always did a perfect job with my soft poached eggs. The bacon is a "10". The coffee is very much Arabic and roasted very well.
There is always a line, but you never wait too long. They have two levels.

Sears is famous for its dollar-size swedish pancakes and now I know why -- the pancakes were amazing! Just some butter and syrup and they were heavenly, light and tasty. They have many other nice breakfast items. There is a wait out the door, but the place is large so they move you in fairly quickly. There are tables upstairs and downstairs and there is a counter, as well. The service was not the greatest -- had to ask for some things, such as knives, that should have been on the table. Otherwise, a memorable meal that I hope to enjoy again my next trip to San Francisco.
