How can you mess up eggs? Loved the look. bright inviting. Host however was less inviting. Need a tude adjustment. Great menu...but food was a let down. eggs were runny and wasnt thrilled about dry pancakes. Maybe they were having a bad day. I am not sure I will try it again.

this place is amazing i think it is a good thing dolly's closed so now they pay more attention to eggstacy!

Eggstacy has a fantastic variety of breakfast dishes. Healthy (berry multigrain pancakes, oatmeals, etc), omelettes (unique like corned beef hash omelette), crepes (banana, fruit, etc), as well as the other breakfast standards (bacon, eggs, waffles, skillets, etc). The restaurant is bright and comfortable, the wait staff attentive, and every dish I've had has been very well prepared.
