Classy and quaint. Although the food is delicious, fresh and cooked to perfection, I go to Thelmas for the presentation. You can just tell by the way it is served to you that it's going to taste great and that the chef takes pride in his/her work. I've never been disappointed and I've been there numerous times. I'm going to try dinner there this weekend.
