Stumbled into this place while skiing at Silver Mt. HOLY CRAP! What an awesome experience. The chef/owner Matt is magical to watch as he preps your fresh breakfast in his tiny open kitchen. What an amazing meal. Fresh hash browns to order. Watch as he flips a stream of eggs a foot in the air while flipping your omelet. Dang good coffee. I actually dream about this place and it's been 2 years since I've been there. YOU WILL LOVE IT!

My husband and I are food people and we loved the breakfast at Mountain Cafe. Everything is fresh and housemade. The Hollandaise sauce for my husband's the Eggs Bene. was made from scratch per order. Fresh avocado and salsa on top of my Huevos Ranchero was an great addition. Awesome coffee, too! Fresh food is the way to eat! Way to go Mountain Cafe!
