Good food, good service. It can be busy during weekend brunch, and at that time you may have to wait for a few minutes.

Overall a decent place for breakfast.

For those of you who've been to (or are from) Austin TX, Floyd's is reminiscent of Magnolia Cafe. Large portions, eclectic art decor full of grafitti, great service, excellent food. Their home fries are deep fried - but not oily, just crisp. Fresh ingredients - wide range of handcrafted omelettes. We stayed at a hotel near the harbor and the Empress - and getting here was an easy morning walk. Well worth the effort. We'll be back next trip to Victoria.

I'll start by quoting their mantra: "coffee so fresh, you'll want to slap it". Arrive with an appetite cuz' the portions are 'Ginormous'. The variety on the menu is awesome. You can find the standard eggs, bacon, toast, pancakes but you don't go there when you can choose an omelette named "The Berlin Wall" or select from a page dedicated to just eggs benedict. Very vegetarian friendly. The coffee is good, the service is great. You walk into a waiting area lined with sofas and a huge aquarium. The decor is a fusion of diner/coffee shop with a Berkeley California-esq energy. Movie posters, eclectic decor on mustard colored walls. Don't miss the yellow vespa parked on the mini-stage. Friendly staff, fantastic food.
