I normally go for breakfast because the closest place for breakfast is on foothill IHOP which is a good place. I find the servers at Brandon's try to do well but they all see scared to interact with the customers. The food is ok, it was great but now it's adequate they have Wi-Fi but no one knows the code. If you are not an old favorite forget it you will not feel comfortable there.

I have been here with my family ever since the restaurant opened and you guys have too many teenagers working together, they are talking most of the time and forget about their customers. They are rude, the don't smile, and that is not good for the restaurant. I saw some of them drinking there the other day and that doesn't look good either, the food is disgusting, I can not believe the owner, Tony, who has no idea how to run her own restaurant doesn't tell her cooks to make the food the right way and not mix it all together! I promise I will not go back because of what I've seen lately, I hope Tony improves everything in her restaurant for her own good!

Horrible, don't go to Fontana Brandon's Diner. On our visit today to Brandon's Diner, we approached a host/buser to ask about sitting at a round table since they were busy and there was four of us. She said, "well, how about that table. I am dropping then off and I will be right there to clear it." We said great and proceded to sit. After sitting the waitress came over and scolded us saying, "next time you need to wait until we tell you to sit." We said, "she said this was our table." Waitress says, "no she didn't and like I said, next time wait." The host comes over and said, "I never told you to sit. I pointed and said that this is your table, but I never said to sit." By her tone, motion and body language it was very much implied that it was okay to sit. She did not take our drink orders and immediately walked away. Five minutes later, no one had approached us for drink orders and we were feeling very much ignored as the host and waitress helped the other tables around us. We ended up folding our menus and approaching the waitress and saying that they need to improve communication between each other and customers, approach situations with a little more courtesy and not punish customers for a misunderstanding by ignoring them. After we said this, we walked out and went to Shakeys across the parking lot and had excellent customer service with the lunch buffet.

WHEN BRANDON'S FIRST OPENED IT WAS GREAT, REAL GREAT, GOOD FOOD, SERVICE, MADE YOU FEEL LIKE HOME. THEN CAME THE CAMERAS WATCHING EVERYTHING, NOT GETTING GOOD SERVICE BECAUSE THE WAITRESS CAN NOT TALK, SMILE, OR BE FRENDLY TO THE COUSTMERS, THEY STARTED CHARGING FOR EVERYTHING, YOU WANT A SLICE OF TOMATO, ONION, OR WHAT EVER BY THE TIME THEY STOP PUSHING THE BUTTONS ON THE COMPUTER FOR EXTRAS THE FOOD IS NOT A GOOD DEAL. THE OWNER SHOULD WISE UP AND TRY TO GET MORE COUSTMERS IN STEAD OF RUNNING OFF WHAT THEY HAVE. WORD OF MOUTH WAS GOOD FOR A WHILE BUT NOT MANY WORDS OF GOOD LEFT, OH YES DON'T SHARE YOU FOOD YOU WILL BE CHARGED DOUBLE. SHAME HOW A GOOD PLACE CAN GO BAD SO QUICK,

I recently visited Brandon's in Fontana, the food here is excellent!! Mexican and American food and serves Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner all day long. However.... The manager (Tony to be precise) is very Rude and does not know how to manage a restaurant . She yells at her co-workers when they make a mistake and that is very unprofessional. My waitress made a simple mistake that i had no problem with what so ever and "tony" decided to blow it out of proportion and yell at my waitress in front of me, it was both embarrassing for me as it was for my waitress it was awkward for me after the incident. Real managers would know how to deal with these types of situations better, and it was annoying how she started talking to me in her squeaky fake voice when i herd her talking like a man behind the counter 5 seconds ago about what movie she saw. My advice to this "so called" manager is to Take some classes and actually learn something. The food is good but you make it a bad environment to be at because of your lack of knowledge towards managing a restaurant.

Brandon's Number 4 is the wrost of them all. I use to work there, and the manager would tell me to "toss the forks in the bowl. They'll clean by themsleves." I contiuned washing each fork by hand until she told me I was slowing down production. I lost 4 hours of pay because according to her, I didn't sign in. After telling a fellow co-worker I was thinking about quiting, she fired me. Cooks don't wash their hands. Manager has adduties. Don't waste your time or money!

I am a breakfast person, i like omletts & pancakes, french toast & love coffee. At Brandons i think their food is soo good i can no longer go eat pancakes anywhere else & when im in the mood for breakfast i have to come here. Favorite Omelett is the Spanish, GOOD breakfast burritos & love their Cinnamon French toast. The service is good i like the employees. The girls are always nice. althought their busy sometimes its worth the wait.

We have eaten there about 3 times and have not encountered any rudeness and I hope I never will ( hope they got rid of Tony LOL ) , but the food is tastey with large portions something like Farmer Boys wich I love. the waitresses are so friendly checking to see if we need refills but on week -ends its very noisy they are so busy ......we go on weekdays.

Tries to order breakfast special, missed it by 5 minutes. One waitress said ok, she was overruled. So I decided to order a full breakfast. It was good food. While I was finishing my toast, I found a little bug on the other side. Rather than make a big deal about it, I called the waitness and told her about it; I had lost my appetite. Offerred to pay 1/2 and call it over. Manager (Tony) came over and rudely asked me why I did't find it earlier. Did mention, where there 1, there is 1000. Said I as not welcome anymore, and did not charge me. I am 64 years old, veteran, been overseas, and first time I have been asked to leave. This includes bars. Tony should be trained on customer relations very rude. Are you listening family owners?

Since Brandons dinner4 opened my friends and I have been regular customers. Today we took our kids to eat there and was very surprised when my 7 yr old daughter wanted 2 orders from the kids menu, and the manager told me that she could not choose 2 items from the kids menu only 1. I asked her for reason that I was paying . She said it was policy...(It does'nt make since I could have driven through the drive through and order as many..or do they have to I.D the kids?)I felt very uncomfortable and told her that I was not sure if I still wanted to eat there. Very rudely she said I was welcomed to leave. This day they lost a party of 5 and not coming back.

I have been a loyal customer since Brandon’s in Cucamonga first won me over years ago. Their food is delicious, their service is great, and the atmosphere is homey. After reading the comment about the Moreno Valley location I just had to go out & see for myself. Although they are still not as smoothly running as the Rancho location (which is understandable since they have just recently opened)I was not disappointed. The grilled shrimp and bake potato were mouth watering and I have not stopped dreaming about the apple pie a la mode.

Although I have never eaten personally at this Brandon's Diner location, I just wanted to get the word out to NEVER eat at the new Brandon's Diner located in Moreno Valley. This morning I not only found a hair in my menu, I found a long black hair in my french toast. When I brought it to the OWNER's (Maria) attention, she insited on charging me anyway's for this 'fine hair delicacy' and letting me know that 'she didn't care'. I and my wife have spent over $95 there this month alone and will now NEVER go back. I encourage you to do the same - please tell a friend.

Brandons Diner No. 4 is now open, it is in the Target / Mervyn's shopping Center at the 10 fwy and sierra ave in fontana. The location has been 2 or 3 other food places, and after eating breakfast today, I can say without a doubt, they will be very busy.

Huge 4 egg omlette's, pancakes that covered the plate, and burgers that had to be half a pound or bigger. Tuesday is taco day, .99 each.

I had the chile verde omlette, and my wife hade the chili bean omlette. mine was tender and tasty, the wife's omlette, looked good also, and she said it was very good. by the time we left, the place was packed. the wait staff was still inexperienced, but learning, i think they were just overwhelmed with the amount of customers they were drawing in.

I have lived in Fontana ca for 20 years, and other then farmer's burgers, this is the only real sitdown style breakfast place. i really hope they stick around longer then the other restaurants. good food, at a good price.
