Generally good.

As far as a health inspection standpoint I have observed:

The plastic spoons that sit in a plastic glass on top of the ice machine are used for the salsa they serve to guests. The problem is that the business does not have a dedicated person that works the cash register and they use their hands without washing them first to grab the spoon and place in the salsa. The spoons are in the glass with the business side ( bowl) up...so they are grabing the end that they are putting into the salsa.

They also do not use the ice scoop to put ice into you're glass. They take the glass and run it into the ice bin with their dirty hands.
