We love this place! I lived in Santa Ana all my life and just discovered it 2 years ago. Coffee is great. Pancakes are huge. Steak & eggs, omelets, etc. They have something for everyone and surprisingly affordable and extremely casual. I recommend this place to all my friends.

Downtown Santa Ana is nothing to brag about, but it's worth it to go to Pop's Cafe. Search for free street side parking, or use a meter. This could be categorized as a dive. Very small, and clean enough.
Omelets are very good. Now, get this..if you order what they call "regular" pancakes you better be hungry. They overlap a regular plate. Their so called "dollar sized" pancakes are regular sized. Service is good, and has outside seating.

Great big omelettes! Huge pancakes too! I wanted a cup of coffee but it was 99 degrees outside. I'm sure the coffee is good.
