Just wanted to comment on the other guy who ate there in 2005. You should give this place another chance. I'm a local in Sandy and a new owner came in and took over in 2006 sometime. The new owners have really changed this place around and each time I go in, the waitresses are right on the spot and with multiple coffee refills. They also have a .26 cent cup of coffee deal with your meal purchase.Pretty cool! If your uptight and snobby, you should probably stick with eating at Timberline, but if your down to earth and love a good home cooked meal, try this place. I've never had a bad meal there....There open for dinner now too, but I haven't tried it yet.

The worst breakfast I ever had. THE WORST. Like exhibits at a cooking school of what not to do. Long time to be able to order, long time to fill the order (I read the entire Oregonian except for the ads while waiting from sitting down to having the so-called food show up), with unmelted cheese in the omelet, biscuits and gravey that tasted like that paste made with flour and water, with the power going on and off repeatedly, and I found myself hoping it was the cook short circuiting the electrical supply.

The waitress didn't ask why I barely ate any of it, so perhaps she was use to the sight of untouched food.

The place was crowded with locals, so maybe the place was having a really bad day (Middle of May 2005) but it left a distinct impression on me. I drove by it in January of 2006 on my way back to Portland after having a good and not too pricy breakfast at Timberline Lodge on Mt Hood.

No coffee refills.
