I try to keep my head down when I go here and not watch what is going on. I never see any hand-washing (food is touched with bare hands right after handling money, sneezing, and the worst...right after blowing a nose). Yuck.

The food is decent, but after seeing the nastiness repeatedly, I can't go back.

Sammy's is in the Holiday Inn Express building off of E 6th and Euclid. Go to the rear of the lobby. He has some of the best corned beef hash in the city. His friendly manner and the great breakfast grub make you glad you came in on cold Cleveland mornings. If you work any where near the place - do yourself a favor and try him out.
