Ate here just 3 days ago for the 4th-5th(can't exactly recall) time. I have always had good food/service here. The food is never disappointing...excellent coffee. If you're not lazy, & get there at/near 7AM opening, you can easily get a table...no wait. Al fresco is doable, even on a hot day, given the shady, courtyard setting. This is a splurge...be ready to spend $15-20 for b'fast....but worth it for a gentile, quiet, getaway from LV hectic pace.

I made a point to return to Bouchon on my most recent trip to Vegas because I had a great experience on my previous visit. Once again, the food was fantastic.

Vegas was jam-packed this month, so I was pleased that we were seated in less than 10 minutes during peak Sunday Brunch hours. The restaurant was busy, but our service was steady.

I am a sweets person, so I usually order the pancakes and french toast type dishes, but since I had something sweet last time, I decided to venture into savory territory.

Chicken and Waffles!!! If you have never had them - don't knock it. If you love them - you won't be disappointed. The waffle had delicious herbs baked right in and the chicken was roasted to perfection. They served it with an a boat of light gravy (there was bacon in it!) along with another boat of maple syrup. I waffled back and forth (lame pun intended) on which sauce to use because they both added so much to the dish, so I ate one quarter with each and then finished with the best (the gravy). Alas, I was forced to leave a little on the plate because it was WAY too hot out to be too stuffed.

The menu IS limited, but I have found that they focus their attention on quality and not quantity. If you go in the shoulder seasons, it's not as busy and it's nice enough outside to enjoy your meal in the courtyard. The chicken and waffles dish is $25 (worth it!), but most of the other dishes are about $12-$15.

I was referred to this place as a suggestion from a friend. The food is unrivaled, really unique and quite delicious. The service was outstanding, even considering how busy it was when I ate there. Everyone was polite and attentive. There was a long wait though on a weekday morning and the prices are a bit high for your everyday breakfast. Atmosphere is nice but it is a bit cramped so that you really don't get to see outside unless you are right by the window. I would go back for sure because of the food and service alone but maybe after payday.

Considering all of the hype, I was disappointed in the somewhat limited menu and the high prices. More than a little pretentious and you have to almost beg to get a window table although the restaurant was virtually empty when I ate there.
