Waitress to busy at the lunch counter laughing with a young man than wait on my table. Had to turn around and show the waitress my empty glass to fill it with soda. Never got another refill.!!! Had to go up to counter to get the refill on my coffee. My chip beef was below warm almost cold. Came with nothing else (hash browns??) nope nothing else... The waitress was no where to be found this time. Daughter got pancakes and eggs. They were good, but could not get more butter due the waitress issue. Not being done with our food, a young boy came up to us now and asked if he could take our plates. We were not done eating! Went to go pay, older woman at register who does not understand the word (s) CUSTOMER SERVICE told me I should have taken care of problem earlier. Again I told cashier Waitress had vanished at this point. She pretty much did not care what I had to say. They dont take credit cards, probably for IRS reasons and so people cannot complain to the credit card companies about not getting what they paid for. The bill came to 23.00 It was not worth 10.00 I went to MCdonalds the next day Got hot food and good customer service and cost 1/2 the amount. BEWARE!!! 06/04/2013 Very slow waitress when I did see her.
I told cashier at the register I would write a review of my experience and she said "Go ahead" If they act like this to me, How will they treat you!!!!????

My family spent 53 dollars on a breakfast for five.
The portion size was small. And can you believe they charged for homefries after paying $7.00. for a bacon and cheese omelet,(no homefries), here is the kicker for the whole story. They only accept cash.
I paid the tab in cash, left a seven (7) dollar tip on the table for the waitress. I then went to the cashier and gave her 60.00 dollars and can you believe she gave me change for 55.00. When I realized the problem I went to the cashier who was no longer at her appointed position. She was later seen smoking outside the establishement.
COFFEE WAS REFILLED ALL THE TIME.
BUT IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A WALLET BUSTER RESTAURANT THAT WILL EVEN CHEAT YOU OUT OF YOUR HARD EARNED CASH. THIS IS THE PLACE.

I LOVE Uncle Bill's!! It is absolutely amazing!! A trip to Wildwood just isn't the same without Uncle Bill's! The service is great and very friendly.

Without a doubt Uncle Bill's is the best breakfast value on the island. The food is always good and the service superb. Take it from one who's been coming to the Wildwood's since 1953. I've seen them come and go, but when it come to breakfast Uncle Bill's is the place to go to start your day. Free off street parking is just one more reason to bring the whole family.

This is a GREAT breakfast place. Whereever you live it's worth the drive to get there. We once drove 3 hours just for breakfast !!!
