Used to go to Yana's when it had it's second restaurant in New Bern. It was great then and is still great. We stop there whenever we're in Swansboro.

I won't tell a lie. I used to work at Yana's many many moons ago. Like back in 1990... Not only was it a wonderful place to work but, the food, OMG! It was to die for. The BRAD Burger.. I still dream about eating one of those. Evelyn and Yana,they make everything from scratch. From the hamburgers down to the cakes and pies. Try the apple fritters or the onion rings, and the lemonade... again OMG. I promise you won't be disappointed. But go with a hungry appetite.

Return to the fifties with a visit to this fun breakfast/lunch restaurant and its neighboring memorabilia shop! Elvis, Marilyn,James Dean. A Christmas tree (in May) and TWO juke boxes.Old Coke signs. Hustle. Bustle. Colorful flowers (fake) on every table.

Excellent food and friendly quick service. A favorite of tourists AND locals.

Egg Dishes, a number of omelets and pancakes. The sausage links (Italian) are great. Specialties include fruit pancakes and fresh fruit fritters - Apple, Banana, Peach and Strawberry (in season).
