I really like their food. Yes, it is a little smoky, and the place is small, and the interior reminds you of a 70's truck stop, but the food more than makes up for it. Also, for all of you whiners out there who can't take the atmosphere, stay at your politically-correct, overly-sanitized Seattle franchise restaurant.

First of all, this is a tuck-stop style breakfast (although the place is a cafe, not a truck stop). They serve yummy un-fancy food with no particular flare. However, the service is always friendly and the food is very solid truck-stop style grub. If you like greasy spoons, this one is recommended. Smoking is permitted in all parts of the cafe, so sometimes it can be a bit hazy.

This is a great place to eat breakfast. They have daily breakfast specials Monday-Friday, and serve the best homemade biscuits and gravy (served with a large sausage pattie) I have ever had! Their omelets are fantastic, and their hashbrowns are real spuds...not frozen. This place is sassy and reminicent of the earlier coffee shops. Kind of reminds me of the old Sambo's joints...it's a small place, clean and has a welcoming environment. I really enjoy the atmosphere.
