Extremly dirty bathrooms with things on the floor no one should see or smell. Loss of appetite was immediate. Waited 20 mins for a waitress and she was sick with a cold or flu, wiping her nose on her sleeve. We really wanted to leave but we were very hungrey. The coffee was weak and old, and the fries for my daughter were undercooked.
We don't visit this Perkins anymore, but others in SF are nice!!!!

On March 29th we a dinner which was served cold, uncooked and waiter service was poor. She hid herself in a back room and came out seldom. Gravy served with mash Potatoes had hair in it. The manager served us our bill while we were still eating and wanted us to pay before we finished. The Vegetables we brown. Nothing was good!!! Worst meal I had in YEARS and we paid over $20 for two meals that were good only for the garbage. The Bathroom were filthy. Pea in the corners and smell was unpleasant.

There is a real need for a resturants to offer a menu for the Gastric Bypass Diet . For they would be full if they did . This surgery has gain alot of popularity and there are real restrictions on what you can have and the amount. If a resturant would cater to this type of clients they would have a waiting line to get in. There is really no where a couple can go out the eat if one or both have had this surgery and there is a 4 month waiting period for this surgery there are so many being done in Sioux Falls and there is 3 surgerons doing them. This would be a gold mine.
