We live in Yukon but make the drive up to the North OKC when we do breakfast. Healthy items friendly and courteous staff. I go 3 times a month at least and usually invite friends. Love this place.

This is a new restaurant to OKC. I stopped by to check it out and was VERY happy I did. It is opened for breakfast, brunch and lunch only!! Get there between 7am to 2:30. They have all the regular breakfast items you expect,plus brunch and lunch items. But what I liked was the unique and healthy items they offer. I had their Power Wrap off the Healthy Side of the menu. I was apprehensive at first, but my server assured me it was really tasty. It's egg whites, turkey, spinach, mushrooms and Swiss cheese wrapped in a sun-dried tomato/basil totilla. It was served with house-made salsa and fresh fruit. To my delight it REALLY was very tasty. I was very please with the food and the service was great. I'll go back for sure. I saw lots of interesting items I plan to try.
