Although OV's has minimal ambiance (except perhaps for a few outdoor tables) and nothing is perhaps outstanding, everything is nevertheless very good. We've been there a number of times where the service tends to be slow (mostly from the kitchen), so don't be in a hurry. The waitresses keep the coffee refills coming

That said, they have a wide selection of usual as well as unusual omelets, they allow fresh fruit substitution for the home fries ($1 up charge) and will substitute an English muffin vs. toast for just 20 cents (toasted or grilled).

Their sausage patties are as good as one can get in New England (good spiceness and not too salty), home fries were cooked well / crispy / not greasy and the Italian toast is a nice alternative to standard toast selection.

Overall, most everything is very good / well above average at a very reasonable price. Great place for a basic, reasonably priced breakfast.
