We ordered breakfast online this evening and picked it up. We didn't check the order when we were there unfortunately. Our breakfast orders were the size of a child's order. It was cold, there were egg shells in the eggs, the sausage was only cooked on one side. Just because our order was a take out it shouldn't have been given less consideration than an in house order. Either they need a new cook or a better manager who pays attention to what leaves his or her restaurant.

WE STOPPED BY TODAY(MAR 08 2010 3 PM)) AND WENT IN TO THE RESTAURANT,THERE WAS A CASHIER STANDING BEHIND THE COUNTER WHO JUST STOOD THERE PLAYING WITH HER NAILS AS WE WALKED BY.WE WENT UP TO THE STAND TO BE SEATED, THERE WAS 3 PEOPLE STANDING BEHIND THE COUNTER..WE STOOD THERE 10 MINUTES AS THEY TALKED, THEN A WAITRESS
WHO WAS OUTSIDE RUSHED IN WHEN SHE SAW US AND TRIED TO SEAT US, BUT ALL THE TABLES IN THE PLACE WAS FILTHY AND THERE WHERE ONLY ABOUT FIVE PEOPLE SEATED. IN OTHER WORDS..THERE WAS NO CROWD , IT WAS NOT BUSY.
THE WAITRESS HAD TO CLEAN A TABLE. I CANNOT STATE ENOUGH HOW DIRTY THIS RESTAURANT WAS, THERE WAS DRIED FOOD ON THE PLATES,OLD FOOD ON THE CARPETS,PLATES PILED ON THE TABLES. THE WAITRESS WAS RUNNING AROUND TRYING TO HELP EVERYONE SEATED AND CLEAN THIS MESSES UP ALL ON HER OWN AS THE OTHERS STILL WERE TALKING AND COMPLAINING ABOUT HAVING TO FILL IN FOR SOMEONE WHO DIDN'T SHOW UP,LAUGHING AND HAVING A GOOD TIME. WE GOT OUR FOOD, THE WAITRESS ASKED THE DISH WASHER TO COME HELP HER, HE CLEANED THE PLATES OFF ONE TABLE (THERE WERE AT LEAST 20 TABLE WITH DIRTY PLATES AND REFUSE ON THEM) DIDN'T EVEN WIPE IT AND LEFT, NEVER TO BE SEEN AGAIN. I ASKED HE WAITRESS WHAT WAS GOING ON AND SHE TRIED TO BE NICE, BUT I TOLD HER I'M NOT BLIND AS TO WHY IS WAS SO BAD IN HERE WHY WAS SHE RUNNING AROUND TRYING TO DO EVERYTHING ON HER OWN. SHE SAID SHE WAS SO SORRY AND THAT SHE HAD BEEN THERE SINCE 8 O'CLOCK AND WAS DOING HER BEST!
I EXPLAINED TO HER IT WASN'T HER FAULT THAT OUR ORDER TOOK SO LONG OR THE REFILLS. I ASKED WHY THE OTHER PEOPLE WERE JUST STANDING AROUND AND TALKING AND SHE SAID THAT I COULD TALK TO THE MANAGER. I SAID O.K. BECAUSE THE CONDITION OF THE BOB EVANS MADE IT A VERY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE AND ALL THE PEOPLE NOT HELPING AND JUST STANDING AROUND,LAUGHING, NOT SERVING DRINKS OR FOOD, WHEN WE WAITED FOR HELP, WELL FRANKLY MADE ME UPSET.
THE WAITRESS LEFT FOR A FEW MINUTES AND CAME BACK AND SAID THE MANAGER WAS CUTTING UP PRODUCE..WE WAITED THEN WE FIGURED IT OUT...THEY WEREN'T COMING OUT! SO, THE MANAGER DIDN'T EVEN SEE WHAT WAS HAPPENING OR DIDN'T EVEN CARE, I ASKED AGAIN AND WAS TOLD THE MANAGER WAS UNAVAILABLE, WE LEFT AND IT WAS ONE OF THE WORST TIMES WE EVER HAD EATING OUT AND NOT BECAUSE OF THE NICE WAITRESS OR THE COOK. IT WAS ALL THE OTHER ONES WHO DIDN'T EVEN LIFT A FINGER AND DO THEY'RE JOB.
