I have eaten at Sunrise Cafe on and off for many many years. Used to eat there alot before they raised prices AND cut back quantity. The pictures posted on facebook are nothing like size of servings I have received or seen for many years. As of today will never waste my money again. I ordered food to go 2 weeks ago & got home & america fries were burned up & tasted like the bake potatoes they made them from were too old. I called nicely letting them know and was told I would be written down for a credit. Tonight when I ordered to go again and mentioned my previous credit the waitress acted like the money was coming from her pocket and was rude. A whole $3 which should have been $5 or $6 as told by waitress who gave original credit because it was 2 dinners, 2 bad orders of potatoes. She must have told the cook because the nice slice of meatloaf I previously got, before complaining, with no credit given, reduced the slice of meatloaf to the size of three small bites on both dinners. Lesson here: do not think you will get a credit to make a wrong right. They will stick it to you on the portion. That is bad business and the owner needs to know this if he cares too.

I find it very fishy that Hamburger Dan (who Owns the Restaurant) gave it the only review on here... lol I guess if he doesn't like his own place that would be bad. But I have given it a fair assessment. Love the food, waitresses are a bit old and haggered and a bit cantankerous.
