Any breakfast place with fresh spinach is a great start. All local ingredients was also a good sign. My family of 4 all had great meals. The bacon was really good. Service was friendly. Eggs Florentine (Benedict) was really good as was the omelets and the skillet. Definitely worth a visit for breakfast when visiting Park City.

Squatters literally has the best Egg's Benedict I have ever had! I always get the Veggie Egg's Benedict and it literally knocks my socks off! I have tried to copy the recipe at home and its just not the same! Every time I go to Park City I always make sure I get there at least a few times before I leave!
