Pancakes, waffles, eggs, sausage, etc... big is better here at the Maple. Never will you go away hungry and the cost is on the cheap. Clean and quality food is all about this family diner. This blue collar restaurant does get crowded - not sure why I am letting everyone in on this Pittsburgh secret. Takes you back to the 1960's steel mill days of Ambridge.
Best roastbeef platters in the near universe.
