This restaurant asked a very loyal customer to not return due to his Alzheimer wife having a mishap in the bathroom. The owner claims to be a Christian man but I don't know too many Christians who do not have sympathy or respect for anyone with this debilitating disease. I can only hope he or his wife never suffer the embarrassing disgrace that he put this lovely couple through. STAY AWAY from this restaurant. They do not care for their patronages.

best breakfast I have had in kc area in some time. The service is great, very attentive and nice. the crab cake eggs benedict was awesome. We will be back. The wait was like 15 min on sunday but worth every minute.

My boyfriend and I found Kates Kitchen in January and go there every weekend at least once. Food it GREAT!!!!

Excellent food. Classics and also some unique items on the menu. Great, friendly service. The place was bustling but they were getting folks to tables as quick as they could. Our new favorite breakfast place!

I echo all the above, but could something be done in the future about the noise level. With those cinderblock walls, I'm wondering if this can be abated at all. Love the restaurant, love the staff, especially Talicia (sp?) and the food is outstanding bargain for the price. Gladstone has needed a restaurant like this for YEARS.

The owner told me that they have only been open for a little over a month. It is amazing how well a restaurant can run when you have great service and great food, in a friendly atmosphere. We have been there quite a few times and they put out a very nice product.

best breakfast in quite some time. today we had a special caramel apple french toast. it was almost to pretty to eat. as said on earlier posts the service was outstanding. this place is definately worth going to.

We just heard about Kate's Kitchen from a friend. They have the nicest staff, smiles and very helpful, our drinks were never empty. I can't imagine anyone leaving without a full belly. Add in the great prices and you have a winner. Nice job by all at Kate's!!!!!!!!!

First of all, Kate's kitchen has a quality product. Second, they deliver it with great service. The icing on the cake... they charge reasonable prices. We were VERY impressed and will be going back.

This place just opened and we can't say enough about the great food and awesome service. The chicken fried chicken was the best we ever had. Only been open a week but they have it all going on.
