Great place to have breakfast, a little pricey and never easy to get a seat, but worth it when you need a great breakfast.

After reading favorable reviews and seeing many people waiting for a table, we decided to give this place a try. The atmosphere was nice. After that, it went downhill. The waiter was completely unattentive after the order and the coffee quickly became cold with no refill, no checking to see if the order came out right, nothing until, "Here's your check". Too bad, because the bacon, eggs and hash browns were served cold. I would have really like to have spoken to our waiter. Too bad the menu didn't mention that the toast is served drown in butter. Which would be great if we could digest lactose. The bacon was OK, but then luke warm bacon is OK. Cold food + bad service = no return business. I was ready to tell the waiter or the checkout person about how lousy the experience was, but fortunate for Satellite Cafe, no-one bothered to ask us at checkout time.
This place should hire more waiters or better waiters and take more pride in how the food is served and the customers treated. It is our hope that we caught this place on its worst day and it is normally much better. There were people waiting to sit as we left. We won't be one of them.
