As far as I can tell the people who rated this restaurant are full of baloney as far as it's existence.
I have been in the Kingman area for a few years and can find no evidence of this restaurant.
The address is a LARGE clue. Beale Street and Kingman Avenue do not meet at any point in Kingman.
So I think this is someones imagination.

After reading some of these comments I must admit I wasn't quite sure what to expect while dining at the Spankits Cafe. But I figured, "what the heck" and loaded up the kids and traveled from Romoland to the Grand Canyon making a stop at the famous Spankits. What a hoot! The girls of Spankits need to be in a Calendar. I later found out that the manager is getting ready to do just that. Anyway, we all stayed away from their 10 pound signature burger thereby avoiding a spanking or beating. Their food is excellent and be sure to bring your camera and take photos of the high jinks with other customers being pummeled by the girls. Wear padded underwear that is all I can suggest. They have many photos of past customers receiving their beatings. They are in a hallway called, "the hall of shame". Check 'em out. OK, enough for now. Enjoy

Spankits Cafe in Kingman, Arizona. I hear customers cheering loudly as I am approached by a waitress then find myself bent over the side of a booth and find my blue jeans pulled down to my ankles! Suddenly I find my bottom being spanked by a leather clad, high heeled apankits girl. Wow! What if I had not been wearing any underwear or anything like that. Maybe my special set of women's panties! I have now discovered that all of this attention is due to the fact I was able to finish off the humongous, massive signature burger and now for my reward I'm getting a spanking! Whoa joy! Yeah Baby this is.....uhhhh.........whoooooo.....good. What a great idea in a restaurant. While bent over like that, I noticed many customers whipping out their cameras and taking picture of me during my humiliating ordeal. It is so much fun to be here. I did have to ice up the next day in order to sit down after my beating.

Spankit's Cafe is mostly known for their Massive Burgers more than breakfast items but just beckon to be written about. It is the famous place where spankings are given out if a customer finishes off their Signature Spankit Burger. I believe it weighs in over 10 lbs. Scorekeepers are employed to make sure that all food is eaten by one customer and not wedged up under the table as has happened in years past. One time my family helped me gobble a Sig. Burger and I thought that I might get even a little slap or spankin'. Nope!! they don't do it that way here. ALL spankings have to be earned. Come on in today and get a leather clad, spike high healed Spankits gal to spank you! This is a Kingman novelty at this time. Rumor has been going around that Spankit's is getting ready to expand into other cities.
