we found this restaurant via mr. breakfast, and it did not disappoint in any way! no gall bladder rotting piles of grease here- there were multitudes of healthy and extremely creative breakfast choices: traditional, vegetarian, and vegan. from the basket of wooden toys on the floor for the kids, to the creative use of an old shutter to hang plants, this place is spiffy, comfortable, and very inviting. if you are within 50 miles of ft. collins, i would highly recommend this to you!
they also make their own bread, which toasted up into awesomeness.

Good food and good location. Great to eat outside in the summer. Good wait staff. Not a comfortable waiting area... too close to those who are seated and eating.

Always enjoy eating at this restaurant. The
fruit crepes are beautiful to look at and even better to eat. They have the best bacon I have ever had and surprised there are so many choices for vegetarians. I am so lucky my friend took me into the Rainbow .
