I agree exactly with the review above.
It's a small casino, so it's easy in easy out, easy parking.
Food is unremarkable but just fine for a get-er-done breakfast.
Service is very spotty - sometimes good sometimes bad. For me, bad is very bad when I am waiting for my morning coffee.
A couple of way-too-long stoplights from the Keystone exit off I-80

This is a "locals" hang out. YES it is located inside a casino, BUT usually I just go to eat breakfast there. Most dishes are between 3.99 and
6.99. The FOOD is excellent, the SERVICE is NOT so excellent. BUT although Ill admit the service "sometimes" sucks, the quality of the food more than makes up for it. an excellent meal at a great price.
