The food at Top Notch is VERY good especially their daily soups. However the management is terrible they messed up our carry-out order and the one managers (there are two) said they would compensate us the next time we ordered, however when we came back the manager on duty said he knew nothing about it nor did he try to look into it further instead he made jokes about it with customers at the counter seats and it didn't really effect him in the least not to want to lose not only a loyal customer but one who had a table of eight that day! Bad, bad, business. Hope that stupid sandwich was worth the loss of out business. I don't do business with dishonest people. Otherwise we'd still be going.

The smoking section is completely open to the rest of the establishment which means the entire resteraunt smells of smoke. If that doesn't turn you off, then at least you'll get a nice big helping of food for your money. I can walk out full while spending less than five bucks (not counting tip).

The restaurant isn't very clean and I have been sick once or twice after eating there, so I only go rarely now.

Service: 2/5 (would be higher, but i've actually had a waitress spill someone else's drink down my back)

Why do my parents love this place so much? When they finally dragged me to go there, I was pretty disgusted with their smoke filled room and very dirty appearance. Nothing special.

Smoking area is right next to the non-smoking area where children eat w/ families. Food's served at times w/ spilled serving plate that's not cleanly wiped off prior to serving. This restaurant needs to be inspected for total cleanliness. Must be a non-smoking restaurant altogether being a family restaurant it's not healthy for children & generally speaking not healthy for people who want to stay healthy! This place makes me sick. It's disgusting!

If your looking for a high class restaurant
This is not your choice. But if you are looking for a great food for your buck Top Notch is your choice
Been going to it for 7 years and the menue has not changed
You wont leave with a empty tank.

I have been a customer of this restaurant for many years and lately i have notived that the food has been very awful and has caused my family sickness more than twice in just the last month, and they have lost me and my family as customers.
