It's a Santa Monica institution - been at the same location for over 10 years. If you have friends visiting from England, you have to take them there. 70% of the people eating seem to be British. As for the food, the breakfast menu has a lot of options, but you should really go for a traditional English breakfast like The Full English or the Bangers and Mash. They're delicious. Fun place. Fun crowd. Good times!

VERY BRITISH!!!! VERY HEAVY, but so so good. Gargantuan portions of eggs anystyle, with tomatoes, beans, and mushrooms that have been fried in butter. a choice of other sides including the traditional bangers (sausages), and your choice of toast or fried bread (i went for the fried bread, what can i say, i'm weak). Dark, very british decor. lots of dark wood, and hunter green, and antlers on the wall, complete with (ocaisionally disgruntled, but usually lovely) english waitresses.

Also go for lunch or dinner, try the battered fish and chips, and the adequate selection of beer on tap.
