my dad runs the diner and hes pretty cool the food is out of this world people should keep comming and eating there you wont be sorry my dad makes the bes eggs in the world and the cofee is really good and the people are great.

Old fashion rail car diner, super home made corn beef hash and ham steaks!

This is a very interesting place. If the cooks are in the mood and not yapping their head off, they will get you a decent breakfast. BUT first they have to understand what you are ordering. Keep it simple - their English doesn't go that far. Coffee, eggs - you can leave the style up to them - really doesn't make that much of a difference - don't forget the ham - it is OUT OF THIS WORLD!

Long been a secret it has in recent years been discovered by other NJ residents. Lines are now formed outside the diner door especially on Saturdays. Its quality and popular has never diminished or been challented. Summit Diner's individually sliced ham, baked on the premises is awesome.
