My wife and I eat out regularly due to our busy schedule. We love eating breakfast together and love IHOP restaurants in our travels. I would have to say that this specific location is one of the worst restaurants that we have ever visited. It has a wait staff that is not very friendly, a management team who doesn't seem to care about customer satisfaction. IHOP corporation needs to take a look at this horrific mess they call a restaurant. It is a poor representation of a restaurant that can be a great place for breakfast. If you have the choice drive across the street to the Perkin's. Excellent food quality, and tremendous guest experience. Or, drive to Cracker Barrel to have the same experience as Perkin's.

What a horrible restaurant! The food is awful, and the servers are sloppy, unfocused, and inattentive. When they opened the IHop on the east side of town last year, I thought it had to be better than this one, and tried it 6 times. It started out pretty good, even though the coffee was always cold and the pancakes practically microscopic. But it went downhill rapidly, and after a few months, it became just like the first one. Never EVER again will I eat at an IHop!

My wife and I visited the IHOP on 41st Street this evening because we were on our way back into town and had a coupon so.... We have had bad service at this location before but this takes the cake. We sat for 20 minutes after being given menu's and were never even offered water. The dining room was not busy at the time and there was wait staff, and an obese man I assumed was the evening supervisor, standing in the back talking and laughing.

We finally left and got great service across the street.

I hope the new IHOP on the East side of SF is better. We like the food, but the service is deplorable.

I have always had wonderful service by individuals who care about me and my needs. I do not think that they deserve to be treated the way that the last reveiw from a long time ago treated them. On behalf of the customers who love the food and appreciate the people who work there and work hard I thank you for service. I know that you have a good staff because you always take care of me.

it was WONDERFUL, it was by far the best of the best breakfast ive ever had.. i would DEFFINITELY come back again. peraps EVERYDAY! I would DEFFINITLEY recomend it to EVERYONE!

This was one of the worst breakfast experiences EVER! The place was filthy to begin with. There weren't many customers when we went in there, yet employees walked by us several times and completely ignored us for over 10 minutes as we stood there waiting to be seated. The waitress we had was snippy and rude. I ordered lingonberry crepes and my daughter ordered pancakes and sausage. When the crepes arrived, they were just four little piles of greasy, very lightly cooked, dough with about a teaspoon of lingonberry preserves in the middle of it all. It was absolutely nauseating! My daughter said her pancakes were tough and tasteless and her sausage was greasy. Even the coffee was terrible. I felt sick all day after eating that garbage. Don't waste your money!
