I had a good experience at this IHOP. Our waitress was nice and efficient and the food came out pretty quick and hot. I had the special with eggs and pancakes. Overall, it was a very nice morning.

Not only bad food and bad service but the general manager leaves the store knowing that several guests upset over having no food for over an hour and then leaves a server with no authority to comp meals in charge. Being forced to pay despite a horrific experience is ridiculous but basically being ignored is another. Complaining with corporate does no good either because they just refer comments back to the store where you are ignored again.
