Currently the home of the cheapest breakfast in town. $1.99 for 2 eggs, potatoes, toast and coffee (25 cents more for homemade Italian bread).

Also, if you're willing to spend a bit more ($7.49), they have an awesome "Fiesta Burrito" (scrambled eggs, chicken, cheddar, grilled onions, sour cream, guacamole & salsa, with refried beans on the side). Sadly, I have not found their other Mexican breakfast dishes to be as good (the Huevos Rancheros were a particular disappointment).

Only real negative is that this is a tiny space with tables practically on top of each other, and the ones near the windows are in chambers the amplify conversations at other tables.

The good news is, I just saw a sign on State Street (where the Aquarius "men's entertainment" club used to be), indicating that this larger space will soon be the home of "The Point Diner". I can only hope that this will be a sister location to "The Point Cafe".

This is a good neighborhood place, well off the beaten track. We learned of its existence through Mr. Breakfast.

Food was fine, not exceptional. Plenty of people were eating there, amiable service.

very friendly atmosphere. even on a sunday morning when it was packed, we were seated almost immediately and were attended to promptly. excellent place to go!
