used to love food dance in their old location - was a little pricey but well worth it for atmosphere, flavor, quality of food, service, etc.
New location has degraded service, longer waits, less willing to customize food to taste. We've gone elsewhere for our breakfasts out.

They have great fresh local foods. Servers were educated and knew where the food came from. The menu had a lot to offer all of our group. So happy to have the opportunity to eat at a place like this in Kalamazoo. Oh, and the service was great, attentive and we didn't feel rushed.

This restaurant is great for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I have had great experiences at every meal eaten here. The food is great, especially for vegetarians. I know what it is like to go out to eat and have only two options on the menu(as with a lot of chain restaurants), and this place gives you more than that! As for the people complaining about portion sizes, perhaps they look at the USDA pyramid and recommended portion sizes. Food is about taste, not how much you can pile on your plate!

This place is fantastic! Yes, it's busy, but for a reason. The menu is a great mix of standards and more unusual offerings. The restaurant buys quite a bit of their ingredients from local farmers. The bread comes from Zingerman's in Ann Arbor, and that alone should be the clue that you're in for a treat...

While our server was wonderful and extremely attentive the food was less than great. The wait time for your table is not worth the taste and quality of the food. The menu is too large and you feel compeled to hurry and pick something. There were six of us and none of us were impressed with the food. Tasteless and bland seemed to be the words we choose. Almost $20.00 per person for lunch and we left feeling ripped off and insulted. We won't be back and we will warn others not to go.

A long wait for both your table and your food. Then the food is not really worth the wait or the price. Very trendy spot. Location of shooting for the new "Kalamazoo?" movie. Some interesting breakfast choices on the menu but not big portion sizes. We were not impressed.
