Acadie is well run, and their signature crepe product is delicious. The omelets and salads share the ingredients list, which is excellent. They have a house salad dressing that is incredibly good. Their bottomless coffee cup is a brew that is a welcome change from Starbucks (not 'better,' just very good on its own. The location is attractive, with outdoor tables in a small courtyard fronting the street. The staff are friendly and efficient and it is not expensive.

So, why a rating less than 5?

The management* have chosen to treat their product as fast food. Paper plates and cups plus plastic flatware mar the experience - because they are flimsy. The good coffee is in a self-serve pump pot with little tubs of non-dairy creamer.

Curiously, the experience is not all that different from a Parisian street food shop .. which would be neither as clean nor as bright.

*that would be 'Mom'

The only place where you can get a real authentic french crepes.
They also have pancake, wafle,bagel,omelette, soup, sandwich bagette.
They open at 7:00 am every day one block from the Promenade and provide free wireless internet, ATM, nice and quiet patio.

A good place to start a great day

The only place around serving authentic French crepes since 1996, proposing also omelettes, soups, salads.
