The waitress could not get the order right even after I told her several times. She then tried to give our orders to someone else because she was confused with her orders. When we finally got our food it was cold. We were charged for food that we didn' t get and the lady at the register was very rude as was the waitress when we tried to explain. It was a horrible experience and we don't recommend this place to anybody.

We came from way outta town (Seattle) on the advice of these reviews here. It did not disappoint. Very tasty, good portions, EXCELLENT service, and the train entertained our 2 year old. Our hotel offered free breakfast but we will come back here daily anyhoo. Great biscuits!

Andy's Kitchen is a great place to learn what it means to be an American. The owner, Agie Dominguez, came from Mexico many years ago. She earned her American citizenship.

She worked her way up through the ranks, serving as a waitress for years and years. Now, she works hard every day to make her American dream a vibrant reflection of her belief in this great country.

Eating at Andy's is good for the tummy and the soul. God Bless America!

There is something about a true Family restaurant that just gives you that extra good filling when you go in. This is one of them, It is that friendly and authentic customer service. The food is great for a very resonable price. Get there early - Breafast is served all day, all day ends at 2:30pm. Enjoy!

Voted Best of the Best several years running by the Corpus Christi Caller,The Food Network's beloved Rachael Ray visited this establishment almost two years ago when it was featured on her show, $40 A Day, in June of 2003.

This homey family restaurant is indeed a Corpus Christi institution having opened its doors originally in the early 1950s, and being family owned and operated since its inception.

Originally opened by the Anderson family, it was sold in the mid-1980s to the Dolson family who continue to operate it today.

Kids of all ages enjoy the G-Scale locomotives circling the ceiling on two suspended railroad tracks, and everyone loves the homemade pies, cheesecakes and even blueberry muffins.

You won't find linen, crystal, china or silver here, but you will find a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere and simple, satisfying food at family friendly prices.

It is after all WHERE THE LOCALS GO!
