You are right. Jim Plamondon is a huge drunk and he is 110% gay! I partied with him once. He is an awful chef. I can handle the being gay part but he can't cook for !@#$%&*. I knew he drank but on the job I mean come on. I got !@#$%&* Servise. I will never eat there again

the lil chef in mt. pleasant is terrible. Horribly run by drunk managers. The general manager Jamie Martin comes into work drunk, doesnt do anything. The next manager, Jim Plamondon drinks while at work (even the cooking wine). It is a joke of a restaurant and if you get horrible service its because the managers make it unbearable for employees. It is the worst run business I have ever been apart of.

Service is usually pretty good here. They have excellent breakfast specials but the portions are small. Usually everything is cooked the way it should be and staff and management are very friendly.
