The help was very nice. They did a good job at making us feel welcome. But the restaurant is worn and dirty and the food is very mediocre.

I'm a little concerned about some of the bad reviews. It almost sounds like they weren't at the Paul Revere at all. The Paul Revere uses heavey old plates, I've never heard music played in there, and I am pretty sure I've never seen a waitress younger than 40 in there. Also, "big family place"?? The Paul Revere is a little corner restaurant, just barely big enough for us locals!

I have been going there with my family for years. It's a great place to go for a family breakfast on a Sunday morning. The service is good, the food is great and the people are wonderful. When we go I don't even have to order the just know what I want

I love that everything at Paul Revere is still the same as it was 10 years ago. A few times in there and everyone knows your name/order. Its a great family restaurant, alice the weekday waitress is awsome. As for those people that voted it hugest dump, its not the four seasons, you can tell by the block its on. As for the paper plate comment I have been going there for years, and never once did I ever get anything on a paperplate. I would recomend Paul Revere to anyone who wants a great breakfast, and a blast from the past. Once you step inside its like going back in time. If you have time ask to talk to joe, the cook, hes always good for a laugh. Try it out, you wont be dissapointed!

Food was great, and plentiful. This restaurant has a very "homey feeling", which I totally enjoyed. The service was fast and very friendly. I Felt the prices were reasonable and the portions were large. Overall I would highly recommend this as a great family restaurant.

Registered with MrBreakfast with the sole purpose of supporting the poster who called Paul Revere the 'hugest dump'. Greasy bacon, underdone sausage that's an gastrointestinal disaster in the making, bland eggs, and all served up on paper plates. The place is dirty and crowded.

No one has ever come over to me and said a damn thing. I suspect that's because I'm not one of the local 'in' crowd, i.e. not born and bred in town. I moved in down the street from Paul Revere and really, really wanted to like it, but it's horrible, and I pray that someone with a little cash willl realize that all of Medford's newer arrivals hightailing it to Kelly's or SOundbites in Somerville for a decent chow will gladly stay in town for some sausage actually cooked all the way through.

The food (eggs, bacon, sausage, ham, homefries, and toast was over buttered) was very greasy. The pancakes were like eating flour with no taste whatsoever. The place was dirty with food crumbs on the floor and rug. It smelled like we were at the zoo. The waite staff were young (as in teens) and unqualified to serve. It was filthy. The music was not appropiate for breakfast dining. We will never go back and will tell everyone we know not to eat there.
