Happy Jacks has become our go-to breakfast restaurant on Tunnel Road since they opened. We like that they are a local, family business and that the ingredients are fresh and locally sourced. The signature bisquits and gravy are not to be missed and the coffee is the best around. We eat there at least once a week while out and about. Once you eat there, you will become "regulars" too.

Having tried many items on the menu I was very please. A lot of food. Great service. Love the biscuits

Great food, love the omelette with everything!!! Yummy!!! The pancakes are one of my favorites. OMG get the salsa side to top off the, oh wait all of it. The salsa is great! The service is great, I love how the staff has remembered how I like my food, even if I don't order the same thing every time. I enjoy having a meal and not feeling my tummy get bloated because the massive amount of grease in the food. Example Waffle House or huddle house. I Hop always gets my eggs wrong and Denny's is bland.

Listed as "greasy spoon" but only b/c their specialties are biscuits and gravy, omelets. Freshest eggs I've ever had at a restaurant. Everything locally sourced, including the sausage from Hickory Nut Gap farm, which is excellent. Good coffee, too. Looks like a diner but goes above and beyond to do the diner breakfast better than anyone.
