This limited edition cereal was described as "Same great taste! Crunchy sweetened three - grain cereal with Apple and Cinnamon. Enjoy the same great Apple Jacks cereal taste in a crazy new shape!"

A description in an online store gave an even more in-depth esoteric description:

"Apple is always looking for new ways to deliver his unique flavor to the cinnamony taste of Apple Jacks cereal. His last idea - to parachute out of a plane and drift into the bowl - didn't go as expected. It was a rocky landing, right on top of CinnaMon. Now the two are stuck together, so getting to the next bowl of great tasting Apple Jacks cereal means CinnaMon and Apple must work together. But the problem is, they have different ideas on how to get there and end up crashing into everything! So everywhere they go, there's a brand new shape left behind! And for a limited time, it's in every specially marked box of Apple Jacks cereal! It's the same great taste, just in the crashers shape. So follow CinnaMon and Apple as they crash through the city streets onto Cinna Island by playing the games on the back of this box."
