How To Make Fruit Juice Oatmeal
The night before, put all ingredients in a bowl and cover with cling film. Leave in fridge over night and enjoy in the morning.
If you prefer warm oatmeal, just put it in the microwave for 30 or 40 seconds.
Garnish with fresh fruit and a drizzle of honey.
Try this with any fruit juice. Apple and orange are my favorites. This recipe requires only 2 ingredients.

We learned this at the Hallelujah Acres Lifestyle Center several years ago. It is very good and extremely good for your health. I met a man who was 97 and going strong. His one regular routine was a bowl of oatmeal every morning!

I tried it with half cranberry juice and half apple juice. It was real good and very easy.

I heat my apple juice and pour it over the oats in the morning, let it set for a few: it's AWESOME.

Are you suppose to cook the oatmeal first OR heat it up in the morning??? I cook my oatmeal in apple juice. This sounds great but do you cook it or heat it up in the morning?? My email is donna_harrell56@yahoo.com

Do you heat the oatmeal the morning after or eat it cold? Wasn't sure if this would make the fruit juice do something weird.
