This cereal provided 400mg of Omega-3 per serving. It was all natural, a good source of protein and contained no preservatives.
The first three ingredients listed on the side panel were organic rolled oats, organic evaporated cane juice and organic crisp rice. Other significant ingredients were organic honey, organic ground ginger and organic hulled hemp seeds. Organic cardamom gave it a tinge of Chai tea flavor.
