When this cereal was introduced there was one variety available called Mixed Berry. The back of the box described the cereal as "so filling... so satisfying... made with fruit... 10 layers of wheat... 6g of fiber... 41g of whole grain."
The cereal pieces are familiar Frosted Mini-Wheats biscuits with a strawberry, apple, blueberry and raspberry filling.
The ingredients listed on the nutrition panel are whole grain wheat, invert sugar, sugar, vegetable glycerin, dried apples, contains 2% or less of natural flavor, palm oil, modified corn starch, brown rice syrup, strawberry puree concentrate, blueberry puree concentrate, red raspberry puree concentrate, citric acid, gelatin, BHT for freshness, reduced iron and folic acid.
