This large loop-shaped cereal is described on the back of the box like this: "It's not a dream... it's Post Golden Oreo O's Cereal. Is this a dream? Golden, crunchy O's and a rich creme coating combine to bring that Golden Oreo cookie taste you love to the breakfast table. So incredibly delicious, you might want to pinch yourself. But not too hard, because it's not a dream. Try all our great flavors."

This cereal joins a line of Post cookie-themed cereals that expanded in 2018. Those cereals include original Oreo O's (introduced in 1998), Honey Maid S'mores Cereal, Chips Ahoy! Cereal, Nutter Butter Cereal and Nilla Banana Pudding Cereal.





The ingredients listed on the nutrition panel for Golden Oreo O's in 2018 were corn flour, sugar, whole grain oat flour, canola oil, sprinkles, salt, calcium carbonate, natural and artificial flavor, yellow 5, yellow 6 and a smattering of vitamins and minerals.
