The front of the box says that this cereal contains "vanilla (natural flavor), nutritious whole grain barley and multi grain flakes & clusters" and that it "supports healthy digestion."
The back of the box describes the cereal like this:
"Our delicious flakes made with whole grain wheat, whole grain barley and whole grain oats are combined with our signature granola and sweetened with a hint of vanilla flavor. With 41g of whole grains, 7g of fiber and active cultures, Great Grains Digestive Blend cereal provides whole foods from the field to your bowl, with nutritious ingredients in every bite! Great Grains Digestive Blend cereal blends whole grain, fiber and active cultures - three key ingredients to help support a healthy digestive system."
When this cereal was introduced in January 2014, another Post Digest Blend Cereal also came out called Berry Medley Great Grains Digestive Blend.
