Hi-Protein Crunch
Each serving of this cereal provided 12 grams of protein. It consisted of protein flakes, rolled oats, corn flakes and crispy rice. What it didn't have was any artificial flavors, colors or preservatives.
The protein flakes were made from a combination of vital wheat gluten, soy grits and oat flour.
As far as we're able to tell, this cereal was only available in pouch-like container or "zip-pack". However, it was also available under a different name in a box as Energy Start Hi-Protein Crunch.
